More Affordable Coaching!

I'm changing the way I run my coaching service to be more accessible to more people. 

It’s something that’s been niggling me for some time now. I want my business coaching to be accessible to as many people as possible, which means offering a more affordable service. But this is a boundary I didn’t want to cross with myself for a long time: Charging less for a different kind of service. I avoided it because I also love the work I do with my clients on my 9-Month Programme, which is a longer-form, deeper kind of coaching approach and requires more time and energy from me, thus having a much higher fee. I felt stuck on making a transition away from the 9-Month programme because I love that kind of longer form, transformational coaching work too!

But focusing solely on bringing on those kinds of clients ignores the fact that there is another kind of coaching I absolutely love doing, and which people are desperate for. I’ve been doing this other kind of coaching with the University of Edinburgh students & graduates for a couple of years now: Shorter sessions where we get rid of all the noise, find some clarity and help them find the most pragmatic next steps, creating a support network where they can vent and problem solve when they feel overwhelmed. Not only do they really need these sessions, but I also love doing it! It gets rave reviews each semester and it’s been glaringly obvious to me for some time that I ought to be doing more of it.

So going forward it’s simple. I’m offering a new service to run alongside my 9-Month programme, where people can book in for just an hour with me, online, on Tue, Wed & Thu each week for £100. This gives people a space where they can be really honest and messy about where they are in their work right now, and be heard and really supported from that place. This is perfect for busy professionals, people in start-ups, and those in social impact industries like social enterprises or charities - people I LOVE working with!

I’m excited to work in a way that invites more people into my coaching space without having to afford the higher coaching rates typical of the industry. It’s another step in the right direction towards my own professional freedom and I’m buzzing for it!
