With all of today’s demands, if we’re not careful, we can wake up one day realising we’ve fallen asleep at the wheel of our own life. More people than ever are unfulfilled and burnout, more disconnected than ever and at the mercy of unhelpful patterns, despite their best intentions.

The busyness trap keeps us from what matters most, and so does the fear that prioritising your deeper needs means giving up your livelihood or place in the world - but neurobiologically that isn’t what purpose is about.

Having founded and grown Social Bite to international success over 10 years, I should’ve felt like I had it all. But I was left burnt out and lost, lacking conviction and stuck in the ‘Drama Triangle’ more often than I’d like to admit. I got really curious about how that happens to us, and what we need to heal and experience deeper fulfilment.

As a fully qualified Purpose Coach & Enneagram Facilitator, with over 2000 hours of coaching individuals & teams, I’m a member of the Association for Coaching and one of the highest-rated purpose coaches in the UK. I incorporate breathwork, body intelligence and neurobiology into my practice to get the insights people need most. I’m now also training as a Psychotherapist, holding a more holistic therapeutic space which builds strong ground before defining the path ahead.
