Either way, something's familiar: a pattern you keep noticing you’re in despite your best intentions. Maybe you've never quite found the right space for you to face your demons and heal in, so you could move forward making regulated decisions that feel clear, and lead you to more purpose and fulfilment.

It’s likely not something you’re doing wrong (despite what your inner critic has to say about you). What tends to be beneficial in times like this is a structured space that can hold whatever is actually true for you, without an agenda for who you should become, so you can figure that out for yourself. That’s what I do, while bringing my expertise and guidance to support you when you’re feeling lost.

I've been where you are now myself. I built an internationally recognised social enterprise in my 20s, and burned out so completely I couldn't leave the house for six months. Everything I do now, as a Purpose Coach, Enneagram Facilitator, and psychotherapist in training, comes from finding my way back - cultivating a life where the word “success” comes from within, instead of external showmanship which left me empty. I dove deep into coaching training and Enneagram qualifications here in the UK, and ventured into therapeutic healing work such as ayahuasca ceremonies in the Amazon forest and breathwork in the hilltops of Northern Thailand. Now I bring together a structured process I wish I’d had when I was trying to heal and rediscover myself: A therapeutic approach to coaching, somatic Enneagram work, breathwork, body intelligence practices, purpose workshops and personal exploration.
