Is this it? Maybe you've done everything you were supposed to - worked hard, hit the milestones, and something still doesn’t feel right. Or maybe that was never your path, and you're trying to find solid ground in a life that doesn't look like anyone else's. Either way, despite your best intentions you don’t feel certain of yourself or your direction ahead. It’s not that you’re looking for therapy exactly, and coaching requires you to know what your goals are with conviction.

Despite what your inner critic says about you, this is likely not your fault. Times have moved so quickly, with the digital scrolling age that’s been thrust upon us, that the support spaces that were traditionally available don’t really offer something for this in between flat space so many people are stuck in.

What I’ve found works for my clients over recent years is a space that knows how to heal through psychotherapeutic practices, and knows how to coach and guide people when they feel lost, instead of remaining unhelpfully neutral. A structured space that can hold whatever is actually true for you, without an agenda for who you should become, so you can figure that out for yourself. That’s what I pride myself on doing.

Our journeys are different but I've been where you are now. I built an internationally recognised social enterprise in my 20s called Social Bite, and burned out so completely I couldn't leave the house for six months. When I finally left after 10 years of high achievement I was lost, trying to figure out what’s next. Everything I do now, as a Purpose Coach, Enneagram Facilitator, and psychotherapist in training, comes from finding my way back - cultivating a life where the word “success” comes from within, instead of external showmanship which left me empty.

I ventured into my own therapeutic healing work such as ayahuasca ceremonies in the Amazon forest and breathwork practice in the hilltops of Northern Thailand. Now I bring together the structured yet explorative process I wish I’d had when I was trying to heal and rediscover myself.
