Having founded and grown Social Bite to international success over 10 years, Alice should’ve felt like she had it all, but she was left more burnt out and lost than ever, unsure of herself and stuck in the ‘Drama Triangle’ more often than she’d like to admit. So she started a new chapter exploring the neurobiology of purpose and the unhelpful patterns we get stuck in , and it’s been her most rewarding chapter so far.

As a fully qualified Purpose Coach & Enneagram Facilitator, with over 2000 hours of coaching individuals & teams, Alice is a member of the Association for Coaching and one of the highest-rated career & purpose coaches in the UK incorporating breathwork, body intelligence and neurobiology into her practice to get the insights her clients need. Deep work is at the heart of Alice’s approach. She is also now training as a Psychodynamic Therapist, holding space to explore what blocks you before defining the path ahead.
