With all of today’s demands, if we’re not careful, we can wake up one day and realise we’ve fallen asleep at the wheel of our own life. More people than ever are unfulfilled and stressed to the point of burnout by their work. Professionals are often disconnected from themselves, and at the mercy of certain patterns that seem to be on repeat in their lives.

The busyness trap keeps us from what matters most, and so does the fear that by prioritising your deeper needs you’ll have to give up your livelihood or place in the world. Having founded and grown Social Bite to international success over 10 years, Alice should’ve felt like she had it all, but she was left more burnt out and lost than ever, unsure of herself and stuck in the ‘Drama Triangle’ more often than she’d like to admit.

So Alice started a new chapter exploring the neurobiology of purpose, the unhelpful patterns we get stuck in and whether or not authenticity at work was really possible, and it’s been her most rewarding chapter so far.

Now, as a fully qualified Enneagram & Purpose Coach with over 1500 hours of coaching individuals & teams under her belt, Alice is a member of the Association for Coaching and one of the highest-rated career & purpose coaches in the UK with training in coaching & mentoring, the Enneagram of personality, breathwork and neurobiology. Deep work is at the heart of Alice’s approach. She is also now training in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, seeing her clients as three-dimensional people deserving of a holistic approach that dives deep where it matters the most, helps them prepare a plan of action and pushes them forward when they’re ready.
